For more than six decades Fanshawe has provided expert cost consultancy services on construction projects with a wealth of experience.

Fanshawe is a medium size consultancy, with an established track record of working with many new and existing properties and structures, many involving complex solutions and special consideration. Our knowledge and experience of this wide range of work enables us to understand the key requirements of our clients and resovle the likely issues that may occur. We endeavour to understand how our Clients run their organisations and assist in delivering long term solutions that meet the Client's requirements, whilst always providing value.

Fanshawe employs people with a wide range of business skills – including cost consultants, risk and value management, capital allowances and building services cost consultants.

We take a very “hands-on” approach to the challenges presented on each project. By listening and responding to the demands of our Clients we tailor our services to meet their needs. Our success is based on analysing our Clients’ objectives and then combining practical industry knowledge with the energy, skill, lateral thinking and the level of commitment necessary for each task.
