Fanshawe have the in-house skills and relevant market experience to recognise potential and define project objectives from the outset, whilst also ensuring the delivery of value and appropriate managment of risk thrughout the project life cycle.

Our project managment services can be tailored to suit the needs of individual clients and projects. Services offered include: Client's Representative; Design Managment; Value and Risk Managment; Programming and Planning; Project Monitoring and Construction Consultancy.

Fanshawe work with Clients to select and manage the appointment of the other consultants required. This includes offering advice on the various methods of selection and the agreement of thier formal appointment document, schedule of services and fees.
